A leading Real Estate company located in 5Th settlement is hiring property consultant job description • Will be responsible for working in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales, real estate brokerage, property leasing, and property evaluation to high net worth clients. • Self Generating new prospects and clients to maximize Closing deals. • Identifying customers, give presentation and close the deals independently. • Meet and advise clients on real estate. • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases. Job Requirements • Must have minimum 2 years experience in real estate • Must have good communication skills. • Have a proven track of sales in a similar position. • Self-confident and presentable . • Preferably lives nearby New Cairo. • Have the ability to work under pressure.
